I had a wonderful stay at De Syloia Hotel in Hanoi. the location was perfect, just a few blocks from Hoan Kiem Lake. the spacious rooms and attentive staff made my experience nice. However, there were a few minor noise issues, and the rainshower in the bathroom could use some improvement.

The staff were friendly and attentive, making my experience even more enjoyable. although the English level could be improved.
